Canadian physiotherapist with full Australian registration looking for sponsorship in Oz

Hello!
I'm a Canadian-trained PT with full current registration in Australia. Was in Oz earlier this year on a working-holiday visa. Wanting to return
to Australia and continue to work as a PT in 2012 therefore looking for work sponsorship in order to be able to do this. Preference is to work
in Perth. Any advice would be great!
