    Limited registration in Australia

I have recently graduated from a university in Scotland as a physiotherapist. Since then I have been working part time for a football team however I have not found a permanent job yet. I am planning on going travelling for a year with a friend this July and would like to work as a physiotherapist whilst on my WHV. I realize there are a lot of threads on this subject, however I was after some up to date information. Whilst travelling I will be in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane all for around 3 months. If anyone has any information on the best places to find or a sponsor I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks
    Sarah

    Re: Limited registration in Australia

You may struggle to get someone to take you on in Sydney. Especially if you are only going to be around for 3 months. I found that due to the paperwork and supervision they are required to do, it is much easier for them to get someone who has full registration. I do know of one person who secured a job in a private clinic in Manly but she was doing that whilst studying to do the exams in order to stay in oz for longer.

    Good luck!!
