Hi all,

I am currently studying in The Netherlands in an international Physiotherapy Bachelor programme. I am near completion of my second years and am intending to emigrate to Canada after my studies. However, the fourth year of the programme consists of a 1 year internship + research which can be done abroad. Thus, I was wondering if it is recommended/possible for me to do this internship in Canada under some sort of temporary permit, and then apply for permanent residence while I'm there? Looking at the skilled worker points system, based on my personal situation, I would get 71 points if I have 1 year of experience (which I would obtain in the 4th year in Canada).

Is this a feasible approach? Or do you guys think it's better to just complete my studies completely here before making the move?
