Class Action Lawsuit - Canadian Alliance EXAMINATION (power in numbers)

Class Action Lawsuit Against the Canadian Alliance: (NEED CONTACT EMAILS for those interested in discussing ASAP)

I am wondering how many of you in this group would be interested in discussing or pursuing legal action against the Canadian Alliance with regard to the very high failure rate of those who write it.

Most of us prior to writing this exam were vetted extensively through interviews and other means. We beat out many other students competing for admittance to very competitive physiotherapy programs in Canada. We are led to believe that only those best suited from the standpoint of academia (grades) and personality were admitted to the physio programs.

Now, many of us are faced with not being able to pass the standardized examination the Alliance has created.

This may be due to numerous factors; the exam is unfair, the scores are manipulated and adjusted to a 50% pass rate each time the exam is written, human error and incompetence may be a factor in the failure rates.

No matter what the reason, it simply does not make sense that so many of us are failing this examination which stops us from practicing in a profession we worked so hard for.

    The facts are:

    1) The Canadian Alliance provides little to no assistance in exam preparation.
    2) The universities that trained us provide little to no assistance in exam preparation.
    3) The Canadian Alliance will not allow us to see the parts of the exam "THEY SAY" we got wrong.
    4) The Canadian Alliance shows no signs of changing and is very difficult to reach.
    5) The pass rates for this exam are far below the normal range for most standardized tests.
    6) The Canadian Alliance has shown great incompetence in passing students and than informing them months later they failed.
    7) These examinations are very expensive and no study materials are available.

WE NEED TO STAND UP FOLKS....lets take action here.

I have been in touch with a lawyer and spoken at length regarding this issue and am gathering additional info. He feels there is a case here and has fought similar cases with good results.

If you are interested - even just to get more information, please leave me your email or send me a pm with your contact. All information will be held to the best of my ability in confidence and not shared with outside parties unless authorized.

I HOPE TO HEAR FROM AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE - this only works if we come together as a group....
