Hi Guys

i have been offered a job in NZ and now i have to get registered, basically waiting on me to do it then that will be my start date.
what i would love is somebody to send me an example of a competency sheet they filled just so i can understand i am actually doing ths work right, i am following the guidelines at present i just want to avoid any hick ups along the way. think the evidence mallarchy is hard part for me especially for respiratory as i onlt did a basic amount from when i graduated.

any help would be so appreciated
