I emailed the NZ Physio Society about wages recently and they sent me back some info on the salary scales. I'm not sure how it applies to private work rather than working for a DHB but the basic was 40k NZD, going up 3k NZD every year till after 5 yrs when there is a pay gateway as such. I think with four years experience you might expect to get around 46-50k NZD approx.
