I only gave referece to my course handbook only and it worked. Remember you only have to prove competency in the last 10 years so if you did it at uni and that was within 10 yrs ago you should be fine.

really appreciate the advice, ive been gettin carried away with it all i think!!
ie describing for each competency all my junior and senior rotations!! but as you can imagine was clockin up thousands of words!! just for 1.1.1!!

so just to recap you simply refered to your course syllabus were appropriate
did you include any uni essays as evidence of this or was the syllabus sufficient??

also did you include your university placements papaer work ie feedback from senior and marks or was the fact that the marks are on the transcript from the uni sufficient

The course transcripts were enough and official copy of my marks for clinical placements. However, i did include a lot of my work since qualifying eg, rotational reviews / objectives/ appraisals/ course handouts that i have taught etc. to evidence clinical competency in different areas.
