Irish New Grad- is it worth my while to get HPC registration? Are there still jobs?

Hi,

I qualified June '10 with honours from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

I now have 6 months graduate work experience in a private practice under my belt but would still love to gain some graduate hospital experience.

I've been looking into getting registered with the NHS but am aware it is quite costly.

So, what i'm asking is:
Is it worth my while to complete my HPC registration? Or are there limited/no band 5 physiotherapy jobs going?

Also if England is a no go are there any other options for a new grad to gain graduate hospital experience, home or abroad?
