HCPC registration

Hello everybody!

I am a Portuguese physiotherapist with 1 year and half of experience and I would like to work in the UK, so my questions are: What are the steps necessaries to do it and do you know agencies that help with the process. If you have any other useful information for me, please be free to inform. Thank you so much!

You need to apply to hpc to register as physio in UK. They will ask you all your documents, about studies, etc, you can go on their site and find there all the papers u need to prepare.
It takes long to get register, about 6 month but I had a colegue at the clinic which was also portuguese, and they didn't ask her to complete any test of competence to get register.
So you need only to do the application and wait. Hopefully will be the same with your case.

After years of looking for a NHS registered physiotherapist to help me complete adaptation period, I found a fantastic Dr.of physiotherapist who trained me and supervised me to receive my registration number. Contact her and see if it works for you. It is tough but possible!
