hi! you can check the requirements for a US exam by visiting www.ptcentral.com. From there u can go to link that leads you to the Health Professions Bureau of the specific state where you want to take the exam. You can request for an application which you can use to apply for a tourist visa to sit for the said exam. I'm from the Philippines and I took the exam in Guam. Fortunately, i now have a license for Indiana.

It's difficult getting registration for the USA as a whole... each state does their own registrations and therefore you must apply to the specific state where you want to live. I believe some states are easier than others to get the requirements needed. Otherwise there are agencies that may help you.

First is you have to do a educational credential review at the accredited institution like FCCPT ( Foreign Comprehensive Comission On Physical Therapist). Check their website http://www.fccpt.org/forapplicants.html. It is explained there thoroughly. After that you have apply at the FSBPT (Federation od State Boards of Physical therapy) sothat you can take their National Physical therapy Examination. Their website is http://www.fsbpt.org/. BUt be sure to choose which state you want to be license coz every state has different rules.
