    Question visa screening certificate..pleasee help...

    Hi,

    I had applied for fccpt type 2 visa screening certificate before setember 2009 (before it was suspended). Does anyone know that this visa screening certificate is still used by employers to file H1B.

    Any help is appreciated....

    Visa Screen Certificate is valid for five years
    and you should have no problem with it
