In which states is easier to get your credentials? and Agencies (again)

Hi, I have been looking through the forum but I could not find anything about this.

I read that in New York and Michigan is easier to get your registration. IS this still true?

Secondly, an agency told me that if I sign with them I would work in ORegon, and they said that it is easier to get the licence there (I never heard that before!).

I have looked in many threads and forums and there is NO feedback on any agency.There are many threads asking for feedback and the dont get many answers. Why? Are you too afraid to speak up of your agency? The internet is anonimous!! If I am going to sell my soul and body to an agency for 2-3 years at least I should know where I am getting into.
