Hi Shelley03,

The University of St. Augustine does offer courses that would help fill in the gaps for missing areas that the FCCPT reported to you. I'm very positive they offer courses that cover " delegation and metabolic disorders". I am unsure if they offer a specific course covering emergency procedures, it may be covered in one of their courses. Here is a good link for more information Non-Degree Seeking Students | University of St. Augustine, when you are on this page click on Non-Degree FAQs. A word document will open up in a new window outlining the courses we can take, and answers to some other questions.

I was not lacking in any of the areas where they assign a specific credit value. I think in the Examination and Evaluation Content Area 2 areas were unchecked, however when I did the PLAN they didnt mention these specifically. I asked about why they didn't mention taking courses to fill these checks and they said not to worry. They say I am not missing any specific area of knowledge, I just do not meet the 90 credit requirements for my Professional Credits (Physical Therapy Education). I am currently taking many of their courses to meet the requirements.

Basically the PLAN provides you with a few things
1. Provides you with an adviser via e-mail that will answer your questions. They also make you send them a list with how you will meet the requirements, so they try to ensure you are completing what you are missing.
2. Identifies areas you are missing/weak in and a few schools (3) where you can take courses that meet your requirements. I guess if you are web savvy enough you can find these yourself really. St. Augustine was one of the schools they mentioned in the list.
