1. straightening of cervical spie is noted with loss of normal curvature.
2. c6/c7 is only 2.4mm
3. Diffuse postero-lateral disc extrusion noted via an annular tear at c6/c7 inter-vertebral level indenting the thecal sac, narrowing it with compression on bilateral nerve roots(more marked on left side). there is sight cervical canal stenosis at this level.
