Credentials confused.............

Hi
When applying for credential evaluation through FCCBT or ICD, which type od sreening should I take up. I want to either do my PHd or work there which ever is earlier. so with respect to that what type of credentialing should I do? any help here?

Choose ICD as they are easy to be followed than FCCBT.
