Hi Reizen, perhaps the best way to extend your knowledge would be to study in any of the countries you have suggested. In general you wouldn't be accepted by the registration boards to work with an Italian qualification. That's not to say it no good but in many countries the course work doesn't cover the requirements for others.

By doing a post graduate program somewhere that is affordable (Canada is a good option as I have worked there through the University of Alberta and living was inexpensive - Think David Magee). Then perhaps you could get some type of assistant work as well.
