sadly, it is not other physios who hire out here. Most physiotherapy department are headed by an orthopedician or a Doctor of Phycial Medicine (Physiatrist) this is especially true for the government hospitals. So, the ones doing the hiring are these people. infact, the ones giving the interview for the registration exams are them too!!!!!!
