I'm reading all the difficulties you guys are facing being the wrong nationality, not enough experience etc etc ... just wondering if they're ageist and sexist as well as racist. I've been out of the workforce for some years. Could I hear from people who have worked in the Middle East whether they seem to employ older people? I'm a woman in my 50s.
