Looking for a place to learn and work

Hello, my name is Lucas and I'm a portuguese 5th year physiotherapy student. I'm doing my 5th year (although the physio course in Portugal is only 4years long) because I decided to do one extra semester abroad, which I'm currently doing in the Uk (University of Southampton).

I'm currently looking for a place to start my graduate clinical practice, wherever in the world I can find one. My criteria is that it is a place where I can learn from older physios and where everyone is looking for making the best and updated treatment. My concern for this criteria is that I've a "bad experience" with the common physio in Portugal and feel that if I do end up in one typical place like that, I won't be a physio for much longer.

Would you happen to know a place or someone that could fit this "good physiotherapy" and experienced colleague to work with?

    Kind regards,
    Lucas
