Which country is easy to works as a PT abroad??

Hello guys, I am from Venezuela I'm a bachelor in physiotherapist ( 5 years of study) , I have 2 years of experience, I really want to work abroad as a PT but I don't know which country is easy enough to work, I like Canada but the registration is really hard and I need to take the PCE, I thought in Australia, but Is really expensive and I also need to take the exam, which country do you thinks is easy? dubai, usa or where?
