Exclamation 2nd Yr Physio Student needing advice on Working in the USA!

Advertise your physiotherapy job on Physiobob's Job
    Hey guys!
My names Primal, and I'm currently a 2nd yr physio student studying in the UK, due to the atrocious lack of junior physio positions here in the UK at the moment, I am very interested in working in the US/Canada, and I just wanted to ask which companies are the best to apply to for a visa/green card and the examinations I may have to take after I qualify?! The UK Physio degree is only 3 yrs, so it won't be up to the standard of the US 4 yr bachelors degree, but I have completed some general studies as I have done GSCEs in Humanities and Sociology, but is that still not enough?... and will I have to take the exams anyway because I am a UK resident? I know CLEP courses and Deficiency Make-up programme courses have been mentioned, can anyone who has been through this process give me any more info on this please?
I know that Interfysio is popular and I saw some people mentioned KrusseAssociates? It would be helpful if someone could advise me when is it an appropriate time to apply cos I have no idea how to go about this. I know I'm still a 2nd yr but I want to get out there working asap and be prepared when the time to find a job actually comes!!!
    Thanks,

    Primal
