well, in the UAE, the healthcare system is a little different. the rules & licensing system is not the same everywhere. if u wish to practise in Dubai, opt the DOHMS license, within Abu Dhabi opt the HAAD licensing and for the other emirates its the MOH license. the pay scale varies.. so you got to negotiate!
