    ActivePal

    Taping
    Hi

Was wondering if anyone had heard of the "ActivePal" which has been recently developed to measure activity levels (kind of like a pedometer). Any evidence to back up this new "gadget" would be fab

    Cheers 8)

No studies is published yet regarding its validation in measuring the physical activity however to my knowledge one study has used activpal
    1. Egerton T (2004), Physical activity of older adults – a pilot study investigating actual upright mobility, Australian journal of ageing, 23 (s1): A34
Another study is underway comparing activpal against activity diary and pedometer
