    Best way to deal with a slight injury? exercise or rest?

    Taping
    I picked up an injury on my foot playing football yesterday. i don't think anything is broken but it hurts to walk on it a day later. is it better to do some exercise or to leave it for a few days?

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
    Definitely give it rest for up to 72 hours. Generally if the pain persists or their is any swelling or sensitivity to weight-bearing or other continual pain then you should have it looked at by your local physio. If a physio is not available then your GP would be the best second choice
