assumed, the pain is causing u to have difficulty in initial to extend ur wrist s u said (may due to trauma), after recovered, wrist extensors will become weak (muscle imbalance) compared wrist flexors.. in this case, u may need strengthening exercise to wrist extensors n stretching of wrist flexors if passive insufficient of wrist flexors is indicated.
How could being anxious contribute to this out of interest?

So what exercises do you suggest that I do to correct this?
