    How to recover my damaged muscle???

    Taping
    I had menisectomy in my left knee back in december 2008.I had acute prob regarding stability of my left knee. The stability prob is over after the surgery. But still my left thigh muscle is thin and weaker.What should I do now.I am a military officer.So I need to be fit ASAP.

    Hi scorpio6541. I would say that you need good physical training. If the stability problem is gone, then it is exercise you need...unless you have other issues - in which case you need to check with a good physio...esp if you have been training and doing your rehab for the leg.
