    Hi suzy... sometimes you have to be patient - we do all work full time jobs .

    If you have a banged toe, it can be many different reasons why it is still sore. As for your back, it may well be contributing to the pain...or it may have nothing to do with it.

    There really isn't much information to go on which is why some people may not have bothered to answer you.

    I would recommend that you see a physio to assess exactly what is going on and start some treatment. Your physio can then determine if there are any issues that need investigation (XRay, etc) and if your back is involved - you may have walked funny for a little while leading to limping and making your muscles work differently...therefore they are sore.

    hi alo

    thanks for reply. thought i gave a good description of what i'm going through. 1) banged toe
    2) walking down stairs often pulled muscle result feeling
    3) pulling string feeling & cramps.

    think thats alot to go with.... am gonna try & see a physio just didnt know if these were usual feelings which wil ware of over time or if i needed assistance as such.
