    pulled ligaments

    Taping
    hi

can i ask what damage could banging a toe full on cause?? About 5 weeks ago i banged mine & toppled over & since then when i walk down stairs sometimes my leg goes of like the feeling of a pulled muscle. Other times when i'm walking around i get a feeling of strings pulling in my leg & quite severe cramps & my leg aches most of the day. my back does to but i've always had a week back so its hard to say if this is related to..... just wondering if i'd need physio or will time heel my injuries??

    grateful for any advice thanks.....

    Re: pulled ligaments

Hi suzy... sometimes you have to be patient - we do all work full time jobs .

If you have a banged toe, it can be many different reasons why it is still sore. As for your back, it may well be contributing to the pain...or it may have nothing to do with it.

There really isn't much information to go on which is why some people may not have bothered to answer you.

I would recommend that you see a physio to assess exactly what is going on and start some treatment. Your physio can then determine if there are any issues that need investigation (XRay, etc) and if your back is involved - you may have walked funny for a little while leading to limping and making your muscles work differently...therefore they are sore.

Hope that helps! Back to work 4 me!

    Re: pulled ligaments

    hi alo

thanks for reply. thought i gave a good description of what i'm going through. 1) banged toe
    2) walking down stairs often pulled muscle result feeling
    3) pulling string feeling & cramps.

think thats alot to go with.... am gonna try & see a physio just didnt know if these were usual feelings which wil ware of over time or if i needed assistance as such.
