Hi,
I've several family and friends that have been through joint recovery, surgery or replacement. They found recovery a tough process and are 'mostly' good now. But this got me thinking (I'm an entrepreneur), are there better ways to support people recovering from joint issues? PT is great, but alas from my experience patients often seem to forget or forgo some of the exercises, icing, leg raising between visits. Although it is often hard to tell whether they are doing too much (running too early) or not enough (coach potato). Would it be useful for the PT community to have a sensor that could track what exercise/compliance patients have been doing between visits so they can steer them on to the right path?
I'd love to hear any thoughts you might have.

PS: I tried to find the right group, but this seemed best. Sorry if you see otherwise.
