    Axis and Planes

    Taping
Id be very grateful if someone can give some practical examples of some movements that operate through different planes and axis...or even better if you could tell me the axis and planes of movement for the following:

    Abduction of the hip...
    Inversion of the foot...

    any help is much appreciated
