Pain in the arm

hi i am new and i dont really know how to use this site, but i would really be glad if you help me out with this pt; difficulty with hand behind back, pain not too much of an issue, nil pain on palpn...all the other arom ok. any exer or treat tech u suggest???? i did sh inferior glides and APs, DTM, plus theraband exer....thanks a lot
