Differences between Band 2 & 3 Physio assistants in the NHS

I am currently working as a healthcare support worker in the NHS. I have been short-listed for a position as Band 3 Physio assistant. I have to give a 5 minute presentation on the differences between a band 2 & band 3 physio assistant. Any advice would be helpful.
