I'm no expert or a Physio but from what you have said it sounds similar to my problem (you can read it in the same section below your post). Again, from what I have read it sounds like everything is down to pelvis mis-alignment as it has a knock-on effect to other parts of the body. I dont know if it is possible to re-align the pelvis as all the 'experts' on this forum have not really given me any answers; especially if the pelvis has been 'out' for many years. In addition, I think the first place to start is to get the muscles balanced; it sounds like your muscles are out of balance but maybe many people have out of balance muscles, its only when an injury occours that things become more pronounced and then you get problems. I'm right handed and always lifted slightly to the right and played squash as a right hander; because of this I think my muscles are out of balance, but I dont know which ones to work on to make them balanced.
