Hai Andy,
Dont get trigger release for all the muscles in a day sometimes it will sore your muscles and it will cause more pain
if you have triggers in all your muscles do swimming for a week and gradually go with trigger point release
you can release the node by urself if it is reachable
Identify the node, compress it for 45 sec firmly and then release it (ischemic compression) do it 7 - 10 times in a set
Do include stretching,icing, METs for the involved muscles
Search Trigger Points in google and u can easily locate the trigger points
