Well thereis nothing big to worry about if the exercises are done continuously as instructed by your physio... pls be little possitive with your approach towards physio treatment and exercises .. as this is the only thing that `ll help you get back your strength and range of motion (ROM).And ya pls do go for the physio follow up.. as the physio may check your range and add few more usefull exercises if in case your shoulder is doing well
