    u can refer a book-manipulation of spine,thorax and pelvis by
    peter gibbons and philip tehan.
    i find the book very informative with plenty of diagrams abt the techniques.

    if u r somewhere in the south then u can attend a workshop on manipulation and mobilisation. i did it recently abd found it very helpful. u get the full text along with cd and a 84hr transpript.
    u can use the book neuromuskuloassessment by petty and moore. this book provides good information.
