    wat are u confused bout.. Move the parts hat are fine, gradually strengthen and mobilise the parts broken.. tk care of complications and attain ur goals of ROM, Muscle strength and functional rehab of patient.. Just dont break the fracture site while its healing ..lol.. tc..

    What's so confusing ? It's simple, move through restriction & maintain muscles around the joint. I thought these were pretty basics which is taught by the institution & by the time the student is an intern, he has seen enough cases to excel.!!!!
