I would get into a Pilates Studio to work on the reformer machine. This is very useful for rehabilitating post achilles rupture. In general walking is going to be good. Being with something that has a slight heal so you gait can be as normal as possible (perhaps use a heal lift if that helps as well). The over the next few weeks work towards remove in the raises and flattening the show option until you have a normal gait.

Slow and steady I am afraid as it is easy enough to re-rupture if you do too much to soon. I have seen it several times! I would also get off the ultrasound and the like unless it's an extra. Get some deep tissue massage to the calf and get exercising at the physio's. Tell them you want them to 'work you out' during the sessions
