Any help with this is well appreciated; it started about 6 months ago. I was doing turkish get-ups (going from lying to standing with weight overhead), and I started to develop this slight groin pain, however, I didn't put the two together at the time. I did stop the exercise, but the pain persisted, and then one night after lying down I had swelling and sharp pain in one testicle. Long story short, I was cleared of any urologicl problem, but the groin pain has remained. The weird thing is, it comes and goes, and feels like it's centered around the leg at the point where the leg meets the hip. Also, I have pain deep in my butt, towards the medial side on that side, which also comes and goes. They seem to be bothered by my sitting, especially in hard seats for prolonged periods, or if I try to stretch the inside of my thighs. I can do ellipitical/bike workouts, but they tend to flare up if I do intense interval training; I've abandoned any weight bearing leg exercises until I solve this. The groin pain is by far the worse, as it feels like i've been kicked there, and this comes up several times a day. Please, any insight would be great!
