    Brief Medical History Overview

    Unhappy Dislocated Shoulders

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
Both my shoulders have dislocated over the past 3 years. My right shoulder sublaxed while playing golf, a couple weeks later it dislocated while i was sleeping, it was very painfull and traumatic, after getting it put back in place at the hospital i was strapped up for a week then started a course of physio therapy. A year ago a similar thing happened, this time it sublaxed while playing football then dislocated a month later when i sat up, this time i was strapped up for 4 weeks then started physio. i have now stopped recieving physio etc but my shoulders feel tight along with mu upper arm and neck, my neck and jaw cracks a lot aswell. i try and do light weights etc and have tried heat therapy and taking anti inflamatries. I just don't know where to turn for help now as my doctor seems to have washed his hands of the problem. I am unable to participate in a lot of activities i used to enjoy and now get anxious quite a lot which doesn't help the problem. Would be good to hear from somebody with a similar problem or from anybody with any advice? thanks

Please go to another Dr. for an option. Don't suffer. There are many ways to look at the same problem. If your Dr. is shut down he wouldn't be able to see a possible solution.
