    Have you done any strengthening?? If not, look in to eccentric strengthening of supinator and of extensors.

    It may be prudent to recommend a formal assessment. The hand is a very sensitive structure.

    Locally, hand therapist clinics are very common. These therapists usually specialize specifically in the hand (and arm), as there is need to understand the anatomy, the neurology, and functionality of the joint.
