hi i am ahmad javaid practicing as neurofascial-myoskeletal specialist.
well anyway your problem is not uncommon and i cant give you a exact diagnosis but i tell you my experience about treating the chronic wrist pain. i consider some important things to diagnose and for the treatment.
1. ulnar side TFCC that is triangular fibrocortiligenius complex injury very often due to RSI or MSD
2. I will never ever ignore the myofascial component of any joint
3. the wrist is a complex joint supplied by the multi joint muscles from the forearm.you consider the imbalance of flexors and extensor grops and other muscles.
4.pronator quardratus muscle involvement is possible
5. finally unless myofascial component is evalvated and treated no recovery is expected .and often the sourse of pain and mucle imbalance joint unstability and the incordination and most important muscle weakness and prone for deconditioning.
please note these are only suggestion not the replacement of any proffessional examination. but must be considered
thanks.
