    Brief Medical History Overview

    Help me, please!!!Calf Pain

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
Hello guys, i really need your professional advice. From since last week I began having pain in my right calf, its very excruciating pain, and i wish it on no one. Whenever i try to bend over to pickup something, i cannot. I need to bend with my knees to pick up something, if i just bend over, i feel the terrible pain. I had absolutely no back pain, since i had the pain in my calf from last week. But last night, i got up off my bed, and suddenly felt a terrible shock in my calf, and so i fell on the ground. When i tried to get up, i couldn't,i was on the ground for over an hour, and couldn't call the ambulance nor ask for help, because whenever i tried to, my right calf hurts badly. But i tried and tried and while getting up, i suddenly felt this pain in my calf, that went all the way to my lower back, and now, my lower back as well, is in pain. i cant sit down without being in pain, or stand up too long, because my right calf and my lower back is hurting badly.

Let me summarize it in details:

-Terrible pain in right calf area
-Now Terrible pain in lower back
    -Cannot bend over
-Must hold on to something, inorder to get up out of the bed, because my right calf hurts badly
-When did i started to feel the lower back pain?: Fell on the ground, tried to get up, but i felt a terrible pain in my calf that went all the way to my back
-If I sit down too long, my back starts to hurt, and then i must getup

I believe that my weight has something to do with it as well. Im 5'11, and weigh 310 lbs.The lower right calf pain began when i went out with a friend and walk over a mile and a half, and since then it got worse.

    Thanks for reading.

    Hi,

With such suvere pain it is often necessary to be examined by your GP.

IF there is some form of Neurological, or Orthopaedic issue, or even perhaps blood markers that can indicate what is happening, it is necessary to be referred to the appropriate diagnostics that will allow a plan to be formed regarding what is required for yourself.

If the above is ruled out, then appropriate referral to physiotherapy may be appropriate.

    Regards
