Hi guys. I have an inflamed tendon on my thigh due to overuse of the crosstrainer at my gym. My physio explained to me that it became inflamed due to the tendon rubbing against the bone. I can feel the tendon' clicking' against the bone sometimes

It is extremely painful- especially first thing in the morning (it can take 10 minutes to be able to get to the bathroom) and if I sit down for an extended period of time. So much so that it is forcing me to walk in an unnautral way and this is impacting on muscles in my other leg. It's a bit of a nightmare actually!!

I am following a program of stretching and strengthening exercises and the progess is painfully slow. This isn't being helped by the fact that I am a transplant patient and the medication I take slows down the healing process.

Does anybody have any tips for speeding up this process?

Thanks in advance
