“Physiotherapy after posterior laminectomy”

Hi all,
My father aged 58 had a "posterior laminectomy".Before that he had pain in his hands due to the compression in his cervical portion towards spinal chord.Now after a month and half he has got the pain back.Can any expert send me a link or any tips of physiotherapy for this.
