eh sorry lads but of course he can be running after 5 months. shelbourne has basketball players back playing competitively in the states after 3 months.. its all about progression, he should only be running if he has done the early close chain hams and quads strengthening and hip work. if you run without the base of strength of course its gonna be sore. i had mine done 5 months ago and im ready to go back to sports at seven months when the surgeon gives the go ahead.
