Hi physioP

1. It is a sharp pain
2. The pain goes away straight after I stop
3. I do my dumbell presses lying down. I also feel the pain when I do a seated dumbell shoulder press
4. It is in the front. If you lift your arm 90 degrees up, there is a "dent" right in between your arm and shoulder, that is where the pain is. It is almost like the pain is in the socket where my arm meets my shoulder
5. After lifting my arm 90 degrees with a lightweight, i do feel like the pain but it does not change wen I rotate my thumbs. Same result forwards. Pressing against the pain makes it worse.

Thank you for helping me out
