    Do you have pain when you just lift your arm less than 60 degree or after 120 degree? Could you try to tighten the muscle behind your shoulder before you lift your arm ( with light weight first)? or use the other hand hold the head of your arm ( where you arm meet the socket). let us know if this helps.
