My son is 10 years old. He is a pitcher on his baseball team and he swims on a swim team. Whenever he runs, he has a pain in the back of his right shoulder near the shoulder blade. It doesn't hurt when he pitches or swims. It's only painful when he runs. Any ideas on what it could be?
