I'd suggest a full bike setup assessment. If you're in or around London I can recommend Cycle Fit in Covent Garden or Sigma Cycles in Hampton Wick
Thanks in advance for youre help and time.
I am a cyclist who has developed pain around the area where the adductor magnus attatches to the bone when I sit for any length of time. I also have what feel like some sort of a strain feeling in my inner thigh.
I have been diagnosed as quad dominant, with weak glutes and hamstring so this is being addressed along with some core work.
My questions are
1) After I exercise (says 10 minutes cycling) everything feels quite a lot better, then the next day the issues return. Why is this and does this mean I should keep exercising it as the act of exercising doesnt hurt me
2) My pelvis feel slightly dropped to the left and slightly rotated forward when riding. Any ideas what I need to look at to correct this?
Regards,
Simon

Thanks Bob but the bike is OK, I've already been down that route. I'm now close to the point of quiting as its 5 months down the line and I still am no closer to knowing what is wrong which is making me more than sad to be honest. The NHS physio gave me exercises which ive been doing for months and I am at the end of the road with them as they arent working but I do not know where to go from here.
